Northern German, again!

My journey from Lyon, France to Osnabruck, Germany (with the short stop in Strasbourg, France) was long yet came to a very happy ending when I saw Susan at the train station. Susan was an exchange student in San Luis Potosi, San Luis Potosi, Mexico (about a 6 hour bus ride from Monterrey) and we saw each other periodically through the exchange year.
Highlights of our day included hazelnut ice cream, a mall, making nachos, and catching up. (Facebook and e-mail just aren’t the same as face to face contact.)
The next day we had a traditional German breakfast (bread, butter, jelly, nutella, and coffee) and then I left for Hamburg and Susan left for Berlin.
